General Atlantic Portfolio Company Grupo Axo reached an agreement with Aloxom Marketing to acquire 100% of it retail stores operated by Tennix, a franchise company that represents the brands TAF (The Athlete’s Foot) and TrueKids in the Mexican market. The amount was not disclosed.
