Impulsora del Desarrollo y el Empleo en América Latina (IDEAL), CPPIB and Ontario Teachers expand a Mexican infrastructure partnership with an agreement to invest in Pacifico Sur, a 309 km toll road in Mexico. The investment is an expansion on the original acquisition of Arco Norte, a Mexican toll road, in 2016.
