Propel Ventures Partners, monashees +, and Quona Capital led a US$22m Series A in fintech startup, Neon, the first fully-digital Brazilian bank. The round is Brazil’s largest Series A funding, and included participation from Omidyar Network, Tera, and Yellow Ventures.
