Brazil’s antitrust authority CADE has approved without restrictions, the acquisition of 50% of social capital of Esperanza Transmissora de Energia (Esperanza) by Brasil Energia Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia (FIP Brasil Energia).
