Impact fund Kviv Ventures led a R$2.5m investment in Hand Talk, an automatic translation platform for sign language, with participation from existing investor Bossa Nova Investmentos. HandTalk recently acquired ProDeaf, its main Brazilian competitor, for an undisclosed amount.
