ALIGNMEX Capital is planning to issue a second CKD vehicle in less than 14 months through the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV). The vehicle will seek to raise up to MXN$3 billion, and will invest in its BosqueReal real estate project, which is located in Huixquilucan, Mexico.
