Relevant for limited partners and fund managers interested in or already active in the region, the LAVCA Country Policy Overviews consist of macro-overview policy briefs on fund formation rules and restrictions around the role of institutional investors.
The LAVCA Scorecard is a bi-annual ranking of the PE/VC environment in 12 key marks based on indicators such as taxation, minority shareholder rights, restrictions on institutional investors, and capital markets development. It is widely recognized and used by policymakers and regulators.
