Proterra Brazil Closes US$100m Fund

Proterra Investment Partners held a US$100m first close for its debut Brazil-focused private equity fund, which will seek to purchase farmland in the country. The fund is targeting US$500m in capital commitments.
(Agri Investor) A vehicle focused on the purchase of farmland in Brazil from the Cargill spin-out has reached a $100m first close and has a target of $500m.
