Sylvia Chebi is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Thales Lab, a Montevideo-based company builder that supports technical startups by promoting entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. Sylvia is a former tech executive turned entrepreneur and angel investor. She is the Co-founder and President of URUCAP, the Uruguayan Association of Private Capital She holds an Electrical Engineering degree from UdelaR, Uruguay, and an MBA from the Adolfo Ibañez School of Management, Miami, FL.
