Rafaela has a diverse background with years serving the Brazilian Air Force and later working for over a decade in the financial services industry. After her MBA at Wharton and working as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, she joined QuintoAndar to lead its Finance department and helped scale the business from 3,000 to 60,000 customers, designing a proprietary rental insurance solution and fintech ad-on products while supporting +USD300m fundraising from its Series B up to post Series D stage. Since 2018 Rafaela has become an active angel investor, having completed 15+ transactions in Latin America.
