Paula is a Managing Partner at InQlab, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage, tech-driven companies across different sectors in Latin America. Before joining the VC industry, she worked for Colombia’s leading media companies on the new business front, with an emphasis on digital innovation. Prior to this, she worked at IFC (World Bank) doing business development in the financial markets of Latin America. Mentor and Board Member of Startups and Investment funds. Passionate about teaching venture capital training programs. Bachelors in industrial engineering and MBA from La Universidad de los Andes (Colombia).
