Josefa founded a bank in Mexico as part of an MBO of the RBS Mexican subsidiary. It was there where she developed her passion and vision for technological innovation in the financial sector. Previously, she had been the COO for Latin America of The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and Director of Legal for ABN Amro in Spain, and RBS in Latin America.
