Gabriela Gonçalves is the founder and Managing Partner of Nilla Capital, a firm specializing in Venture Debt in Brazil. Prior to that, she was a Managing Partner of Brasil Venture Debt, the first fund of its kind in the country, as well as a Co-founder and Managing Director at Lazada, a Southeast Asian unicorn. Gabriela also served as Search and Selection Manager at Endeavor Brasil and National Portfolio Supervisor at Criatec I. Gabriela has an MBA from London Business School.
