Gabriela Cibils is a Paraguayan with eight years of experience in Silicon Valley, where she worked closely with top funds, accelerators and startups. She is a Computer and Neuroscientist from the University of California, Berkeley, with a specialization in Human-Centered Design and Global Systems Development. She is Co-Founder and Board at Parcapy, Paraguay’s venture capital association. Gabriela worked at artificial intelligence startup Hive, now a unicorn, before switching to full-time investing as a Partner at Cibersons. She is also a proud second-generation venture capitalist.
