Allison Kern is Co-Founder and Partner at Morro Ventures, a US$20m Early-Stage tech fund based in Puerto Rico, investing across Latin America. Previous to Morro Ventures, Allison was a NY-based venture investor at StarVest Partners, which managed US$250m in its latest fund and focused on B2B SaaS. Prior to joining StarVest, Allison was an investment analyst at the Carlyle Group and began her career at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London. Allison graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
