IG4 Capital Exits Brazil’s Opy Health Through Sale to BTG Pactual

IG4 Capital’s Private Equity Special Opportunities Fund II exited Opy Health, a Brazil-based operator of infrastructure and support service to hospitals, through a sale to BTG Pactual. IG4 will retain ongoing management over Opy.
