PROSUS VENTURES ACQUIRES 33.3% STAKE IN IFOOD FOR ~USD1.5B

(Businesswire (Prosus)) Prosus Ventures acquired a 33.3% stake in Brazil-based last-mile delivery platform iFood from Just Eat for ~USD1.5b in cash and an additional USD300m earnout. Prosus first invested in iFood through Movile in 2013.
