Itaú Asset and Algarve Capital To Raise BRL400m Special Situations Fund

(Brazil Journal) Itaú Asset and Algarve Capital agreed to raise a BRL400m (~USD77m) ten-year term special situations fund focused on legal claims in Brazil. Itaú Asset will have the option to acquire a minority stake in Algarve in the future.
