Bradesco Asset Management is launching Explorer, a BRL250m fund of funds to invest in private equity and venture capital funds as well as in impact investing managers.
(Brazil Journal) Bradesco Asset Management (BRAM) is launching its first alternative investment fund of funds with retail investors.
Explorer – which will invest in private equity and venture capital funds – is seeking BRL 250 million from qualified investors to place 15 to 20 fund managers in its portfolio. According to the prospectus, the fund already has a commitment to invest in funds rrom Crescera, Lightrock and Iporanga. Explorer will invest 60% of the funds in private equity funds; 20% in VC funds and 20% in managers dedicated to “impact investing”, whether in PE or VC.
