in the surrounding neighborhoods where schools are located. As of 2021, Rede Decisão covers approximately 7,000 students and is ranked #8 in Brazil in number of students in basic education.
Brazil has one of the highest household income differences in the world between complete vs. incomplete postsecondary education degree, which makes basic education a top priority in household spending. “Education, particularly in the early stages of life, is transformational to the individual and society as a whole.
