XP invested BRL100m (~USD18m) in the Alife-Nino bar and restaurant chain, a network that has 21 bars and restaurants in Brazil.
(Forbes) The private equity fund of XP announced today (4) acquisition of interest , and a contribution of $ 100 million to the group Alife-Nino , network with 31 bars and restaurants, including Nino Cucina, Armadillo Ball and the Good Square in Sao Paulo.
According to XP, the investment should be used mainly to “accelerate the organic expansion of the network”, with the opening of new establishments of the group across the country, in addition to the potential acquisition of new businesses. This is the fund’s seventh investment in a year and a half since raising R$1.4 billion last year.
