Atlantico Leads BRL110m Series B for Brazilian Skincare E-Commerce Sallve (em português)

Atlantico Invests in Sallve

Atlantico led a BRL110m Series B round for Sallve, a Brazilian skincare e-commerce platform, with participation from Quartz, Endeavor Catalyst and Red Swan, and follow-on from KASZEK, Astella Investimentos, Canary, and Waldencast Ventures. Canary invested previously in 2019.

(Brazil Journal) – A Sallve — a marca digital de cosméticos fundada pela inuenciadora Julia Petit — acaba de levantar R$ 110 milhões para nanciar um plano agressivo de desenvolvimento de produtos e alimentar sua estratégia de marketing focada nas redes sociais.

A companhia não divulgou o valuation, mas um investidor disse que cou ao redor de R$ 500 milhões (pre money).

A rodada Series B foi liderada pelo Atlantico, o fundo de VC de Julio Vasconcellos, o fundador do Peixe Urbano, e teve a participação de fundos como o Quartz, da família Galló; Red Swan, de Andy Dunn, o fundador da Bonobos e um dos pioneiros do conceito de digitally native vertical brands (DNVB); e da Endeavor Catalyst.
