InfraBrasil FIP and FIP Caixa Ambiental Exit Renova Energia via Sale to Spectra (em português)

InfraBrasil Fundo de Investimento em Participações and Fundo de Investimento em Participações Caixa Ambiental exited Renova Energia via a sale to Spectra Volpi Fundo de Investimento. With this deal, Spectra will own a ~12% stake in Renova. 

(Investing.com) As units da Renova Energia (SA:RNEW11), controlada da Cemig (SA:CMIG4), subiam 0,31% após informar que o fundo Spectra Volpi adquiriu uma fatia de 12,31% na companhia.

O papel era negociado a R$ 10,65 perto das 11h38, com mínima de R$ 10,28 e máxima de R$ 10,80, na contramão da queda de 0,78% do Ibovespa, a 106.409 pontos.

A operação envolveu fatias na empresa que pertenciam antes ao InfraBrasil e ao fundo de investimento em participações FIP Caixa Ambiental, que possuíam 8,38% e 3,93% do total de ações da Renova, segundo comunicado da companhia nesta quarta-feira.

“Esta transação está alinhada com a estratégia de desinvestimento e liquidação dos fundos InfraBrasil Fundo de Investimento em Participações e Fundo de Investimento em Participações Caixa Ambiental, nos termos dos seus respectivos regulamentos”, explicou a empresa.

Com o negócio, o Spectra Volpi Fundo de Investimento terá cerca de 33% das ações preferenciais da Renova e quase 5,5% das ordinárias.
