Confrapar Exits Muxi Tecnologia Via Sale to Conductor Tecnologia

Confrapar exited Muxi Tecnologia via a sale to Conductor Tecnologia for an undisclosed amount. 

(Global Legal Chronicle) Veirano Advogados and Mattos Filho advised on the deal. Conductor Tecnologia executed the acquisition of 100% of equity stake in Muxi Tecnologia S.A. from individual shareholders and Fundo de Investimento em Participações Avanti Multiestratégia.

Conductor Tecnologia SA provides retail solutions. The Company offers payment solutions and other provisional services. Conductor Tecnologia markets to retail and financial institutions throughout Brazil.

Muxi provides innovative and efficient solutions for the payment and service segments. Its technology is available on multiple capture devices such as POS terminals, cell phones, tablets, PCs, WEB or any other device that allows application sharing and mobile check-out concept. Devices can be updated remotely in a quick and safe manner, making new functionalities available, adding new products and promotional campaigns, reducing electronic capture and processing operational costs.

Kenlo Capital acted as financial advisor to Muxi with Kaue Pires and José Duarte.

Veirano Advogados advised the sellers with a team led by Partner Sergio Bronstein (Picture), assisted by Associates Vitor Rozenthal, Paula Bobrow, and Bruno Barbosa.

Mattos Filho advised Conductor Tecnologia S.A. with a team including Fernando Amendola, Camilla Martes, and Bernardo Bertoldi. An individual shareholders was further advised by Catia Mondaini, and another individual shareholders was further advised by Lucas Finotti of Romano Donadel. Muxi’s inhouse counsel in this transaction was Marcus Moura.
