Victoria Capital Partners and IFC Exit Prevaler by Selling Itaú Unibanco (em português)

December 27, 2019

Victoria Capital Partners and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) exited publicly listed student loan provider Pravaler by selling their remaining shares to Itaú Unibanco. Financial terms of the transaction were undisclosed but Itaú’s stake in Pravaler increased from 9% to 37.9%.
