Blackrock, Sura, & Others Provide Financing for Colombia’s 4G Project (en español)

BlackRock, Sura, BBVA, ING Bank and FDN have provided financing for the Colombian 4G highway project Iniciativa Privada Tercer Carril Bogotá-Girardot .

(Portafolio) Un fondo de deuda, la banca nacional y la banca internacional hacen parte de los financiadores que respaldan las obras de la Iniciativa Privada Tercer Carril Bogotá-Girardot, a cargo del concesionario Vía 40 Express SAS.

Esta certificación acredita recursos por hasta $1,8 billones, los cuales serán necesarios para adelantar las obras del proyecto de concesión.

El Presidente de la ANI, Dimitri Zaninovich, dijo que: “esta acreditación financiera ante la Entidad es otra muestra de que la confianza sobre los grandes proyectos de infraestructura, que se adelantan en el país, está intacta. Tenemos obras por todo Colombia y con este respaldo presentado por el concesionario, las obras en este corredor podrán iniciar y avanzar rápidamente”.

Con esta aprobación a la concesionaria Vía 40 Express, encargada de la Iniciativa Privada que construirá el tercer carril entre Bogotá y Girardot, ya son 27 acreditaciones financieras dadas por parte de la ANI a los 30 proyectos que conforman el programa de Cuarta Generación (4G).

Esta acreditación se realizó mediante los compromisos de financiación de inversionistas institucionales y banca comercial, como el Fondo de Capital Privado BlackRock; Fondo de Capital Privado 4G Credicorp Capital – Sura Asset Management (del compartimento deuda privada Infraestructura I – Unión parada la Infraestructura UPI); BBVA; ING Bank N.V, y la Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional (FDN).
