AEI Finalizes Sale of Colombian-based Promigas

(Portafolio) February 10, 2011 – Ashmore Energy International (AEI) finalized the sale of its 52.13 percent stake in Colombian gas distributor Promigas. Corficolombiana, Grupo Energia de Bogota and two local private equity funds were among the investors that acquired the stake.
