P2Brasil Is Marketing New Infrastructure Fund

(Dow Jones) P2Brasil, the infrastructure-focused private equity joint venture between Promon Engenharia Ltd and Patria Investimentos, is in the market raising a new fund, which people with knowledge of the process said could target at least $1 billion.
GP Investments has been talking about raising an infrastructure vehicle, according to several people familiar with that firm’s plans, and could also look to raise a similar amount for its own infrastructure fund. Read more at Dow Jones
